Trying out health tracking spreads in the Hobonichi Weeks

So far, I've been using my 2025 Hobonichi Weeks for a variety of purposes. I've used it as a planner, a health tracker, a diary. Next year, my new Weeks will have a very clear purpose: tracking my (mental) health status by logging workouts, scoring my sleep and mood, and writing about outliers (good and bad).
I tried out a spread in my current Weeks, to see if it'll work when my new Weeks starts on December 1st.
The first idea I had is to use the monthly page to track a sleep score and mood score. This is how that will look, this is just a test page with example scores:

When there's an outlier, I will mark it. Apparently, a marker doesn't work as the number gets smudged too much, so I'll just circle it with a contrasting colour or something.

On days with a bad score, I will use the blank pages in the back of my Weeks to write in more detail what was going on. Since the blank pages are numbered, it's easy to create a reference here on the monthly page.

I think using the monthly pages as a sleep and mood tracker could work! This also gives the blank pages in the back a nice purpose.
For the year at a glance pages, I already know how to use it: as a weight tracker. I've been doing that this year as well, and that works out fine.
This leaves the week pages themselves, which are the core of this type of planner. I am trying out a spread this week:

This spread is extremely simple and easy, as I'm not into aesthetic journaling at all, but into "getting the job done" journaling. I just slap some washi tape on the page, and I'm a happy gal.
Overall, I think this set-up can work as a starting point for my new health-themed Weeks (which is, fittingly, the Tamagotchi Weeks!).

What would you advise? Keen to hear your thoughts, especially if you have experience with tracking your (mental) health!
